Who’s Supporting the Vision You’re Building?
Who’s Supporting the Vision You’re Building?
Take a moment and reflect on your business.
Who’s truly supporting your vision?
Who helps keep you accountable—not just to your goals, but to the person you want to be in leadership and in life?
These are the kinds of questions I ask my clients regularly—and also myself. Because here’s what I’ve found to be true:
Every time I’ve experienced meaningful progress or success, I’ve had three things working in the background:
Healthy habits—especially when it comes to my finances and spiritual well-being.
Trusted people around me—and the willingness to stay open, humble, and ready to receive their input.
A clear and growing commitment to my vision, mission, and values—even when that clarity took years to fully take shape.
None of these things happens overnight. But they do happen when you build them intentionally—and when you let others come alongside you in the process.
If you’re a small business owner or leader feeling the pressure to do it all alone, I want to remind you: you don’t have to. Building a business doesn’t mean carrying everything yourself. It means having the courage to build with people you trust, habits that serve you, and a vision that keeps you aligned when things get loud.
So let me ask again:
Who’s helping you stay true to the vision you’re building?
If you don’t have an answer yet—I’d love to walk with you while you find it.
